Finally landed a new job!

I had the opportunity 2 weeks ago to do a pre interview with a company for a Service Management position at school and I took it. I was invited back on Thursday (yesterday) for a full on formal interview. 2 hours of interview between 5 interviewers, it wasn't as bad as I had expected and felt it went well. They said they would call me in a week to let me know their decision.

Well............I got a phone call today a little over 24 hours from when I did the interview and was given an offer and I accepted! I am so excited to actually start doing work related to my degree field, and for a pretty sweet company. It's a year long co-op with Starwoods Vacation Owners, a division of the Starwoods brand. It's 15-20 minutes from where I live and in a nice area of town.

I cannot wait to start!

Great news for you! Congrats!!!

I also start a new job on Tuesday. Its going to be quite the change from what I'm used to since I no longer need to drive, which is unusual in SoCal. Seems I can now catch an express bus down the street from my house which will take me right into the heart of DT LA in around 30mins.

I'll need to figure out what the heck I'm going to do with 4 cars!

Yeah, selling cut meat was getting old. I've been working for Disney for a year now just so I could try and get an internship with them but no dice, I'll stay on as a seasonal cast member and work occasionally just to keep my pass
