Foreclosed family watches helplessly as craigslist crowds strip house bare | 11alive.com
The add seems pretty straightforward to me, I'd expect to see stuff in the driveway. Maybe this is why I don't do Craigslist, I don't jive with the bum mentality.

This is why you don't list addresses on Craigslist. Phone # or e-mail only -- you send the address when someone responds.
I've never had bad luck selling something on CL or even soliciting business. I did encounter a few flaky sellers as a buyer, but not many.
