Power restoration in the NYC area - Rumor
A few days ago, the local utility company sent about 200 linemen and transformer repairmen to the NYC region to help out.
The rumor spreading around my area is that they are now back home. They were not allowed to help out because they were non-union. Can anyone verify or refute this rumor?
