As everyone knows, Billybob is back in the form of Mark Rapier. You have to give him some credit for perseverance! He seems to be a little less caustic this time around, and I wonder if the Mods would consider some form of reinstatement, under the terms of a double-secret probation, and see if he can play nice with others this time around?

Skid Row Joe has been exhumed, so perhaps as an expansion of that social experiment, Billybob could resume forum access!
