I know...the fear of someone using it to kill another should outweigh the rights our forefathers hard work, right? How about we gag everyone that goes into a movie theater because we fear they may yell "FIRE!!!". Better yet, ban all religions from entering the country, and ban religion as a whole, unless it fits with the current wishes of those in power. Hell, for that matter, ban free thinking. How many deaths have been caused by religion and free thinking in the history of mankind? Sorry, but I'll take freedom over a warm fuzzy feeling all day, any day.
