I try to get there at least four times a week. My goals are to get on the elliptical and do 800 calories in 40 minutes. I get the old ticker up to 160bpm. My resting heart rate is now between 57 and 60 bpm. After 40 minutes on the elliptical, I hit the weight machines and do abs, arms, and back. I try to add 10lbs to each machine a week. So if I am doing sets of presses at 110,120,and 130 pounds next week I will do 120,130, and 140 pounds.

After that it is sauna and steam room time!

Impressive!!! Now, that's what I'm talking about!!! I had my ticker up to 150bpm on Wednesday. At present, I'm doing the weight machines first and then I get on the elliptical for the balance of my time. I got serious about the weight machines about 3 weeks ago and I can definitely tell the difference.


Regarding Vanessa Hudgens, most of the women I see at the gym would put her to shame. I do hope some of you have the pleasure of meeting my GF at future GTGs.


I personally enjoyed reading about the lady in Idaho with her new lawsuit......

I worked out at Monkey Bar Gym (Monkey Bar Gym Madison | Monkey Bar Gymnasium) 10 years ago -- before Crossfit became popular. I really liked it, except being locked into a schedule and the expense.

However, I'm willing to this type of workout another shot.

Its a subjective thing--every guy has his type, some like big solid built blondes--blonds in general dont really do anything for me. I know gentlemen prefer Brunettes, And I like tacos Spicy!
