Don't let "The Don" see this! He'll be on it like a cheap suit.

Wow you just came across Bigfoot!!! I've seen pictures of this monster before but they were taken at car shows. Amazing to see it in the wild in its natural habitat

Only in America - how does it go round corners?
(Oh sorry I forgot I suppose it doesn't need to!)

that thing is a pretty famous art car from what I remember.
I can't remember, but my understanding is that it had 4 wheel steering, and pivots on the central axle. another option way less maneuverable would be to put the center axle on air ride, and raise up the wheels like a bus during tight maneuvering. I would love to see underneath, and would be very disappointed if they did nothing and were just dragging those center wheels Im not that bothered actually, whatever your tastes, its always refreshing to see someone just do whatever the hell they want, opinions be dammed. Execution does not seem horrible, I remember some youtube videos of it maneuvering. EDIT- Question based on the above pic- If you were just to take a front end assembly with the capacity to turn left and right, and install it on the rear with no control over turning left and right, would it naturally assist in turns and track straight assuming a fixed center and driver control of the front? Wouldn't it follow just like a car in tow?

Bask in the craftsmanship...
Yes, it has a Chrysler Imperial nose on it. I saw it "featured" on a show "RV Crazy" a few years ago , built by a Finn. (Here's a PP Diesel Discussion about it.)

I'd say it's a W246.
