What is the height of sarcasm is that the puppet forces are busy with conducting false propaganda, while spreading the story about "unstable social system."

The poor authorities of south Korea are now at a loss how to put under control the deplorable situation where their support rate is the lowest ever since the appearance of the regime, forsaken by the people for their extreme arrogance and unpopularity. Yet, they are talking nonsense about "unstable social system" in the north. This is a strange political cartoon rare to be found anywhere else.

With no sleight of hand can they tarnish the dignity of the DPRK and escape punishment.

By meeting death only the puppet group can pay for such crime as daring hurt the supreme dignity of the nation, while persisting in provocations.

As already declared, the DPRK will mercilessly punish the U.S. and its lackeys on behalf of all Koreans.

I seem to recall that one of their major missile threats in the 90s was called "No Dong." We have Minutemen. The Russians have SS-18 Satans. Iranians have Shahabs (scary and furrin-sounding). They have ... no dongs.
