I'm changing my life to worship Mammon in the next month. One more offer put down, this one on a duplex owned by a corpse. OK, an estate sale, but same difference. The corpse's heirs are somewhere in AZ, just want to get rid of the property. No mortgage on the property to pay off, so hopefully it will be an easy deal.
