yeah, yeah, I'm over 21. But I'd prefer to be late 30s rather than early 30s on dating sites, since women in their 20s and my age don't interest me at all. Only problem is that I've heard that women also lie about their ages in the other direction, so I might end up with late 40s/early 50s. Not that there's anything wrong with that

Exactly, but few would be willing to put up with a 6-10 yr age different in the "wrong" direction, though they might be more willing if it's only "1-5 years." If the joke's on me and she's also playing the age game in the other direction, then I'm still willing to give it a try. No desire for kids or family, and prefer experience and conversation to a plastically smooth face, so it wouldn't bother me a bit.

An old friend of mine would always lie about his age to his younger girlfriends, he never got older than 39. When he got carded at a club is girlfriend saw on the scanner his real age: not long after that they broke up.

Some ppl have lied about everything their entire lives - it becomes
their persona. In other words - it is who they are.

I avoid ppl that lie, since it serves no purpose to deal with them in any way.

The only reason that they would not "put up" with it is when (if) they realize you cannot keep up on an emotional level.

And, with all due respect, you cannot keep up with such a woman on an emotional level. You have the typical responses of a 30 year old man and a 40 year old woman is way past that.

The problem is more getting to the talking stage. How to do that if people won't even look at my profile since their age range is 38-50?

BTW - I'm not even looking for an equal relationship. I'd love to find someone in her 40s who is looking for an "arm toy.". This being said, basically all of the people who messaged me back were in their mid to late 30s. ie 1-7 years older. No one over 40, unfortunately. I'm basically only attracted to older, slightly ragged-looking professional women. Bonus points if they have a bit of a "drinker's face."

So I'll (hopefully) spend my 30s hopping from relationship to relationship with 40- or 50-somethings, and then end up at the right age to settle down with someone that age. Only 12 years till I'm 45, and it can't pass soon enough if you ask me.

If you crave a series of short relationships, lying on the start is a good way to achieve that.

Of course good women do not grow on trees and if you run across one she'll have nothing to do with you.

Ignore age differences...My wife is 10 years older than I am. It's never been an issue with me, but it was with her in the beginning. Once she decided to ignore what other people in her family thought, it was no longer an issue.

If she'll have nothing to do with me due to my age in the first place, what's the f**king loss? Again: no interest in women my age or younger, yet that seems to be considered the "appropriate" relationship in this slightly conservative country. Two queers getting married. Fine. A 40 year old lady marries a 27 year old guy, and everyone starts whispering.

I'm LONELY, and will take a relationship based on a fraud vs nothing at all. Yeah, yeah, I could go my age or younger, but those women mostly disgust me and hold zero attraction for me. Unlike most men, I'd rather be with someone who's 55 as opposed to 25.
