This is about murdering babies!!!
The USSC doesn't recognize them as human beings - just embryos.

There's a line about "God giving the world Tina Turner so that all beautiful women could learn how to strut in high heels", if you've ever seen Grace perform live wearing one of her famously short dresses with her very fine legs that extended all the way up to where earth meets heaven, you know Grace has taken that lesson to heart!

Musically they get it done, an very fine live band. She let's it loose with her vocal rendition on this "Cortez the Killer" super player performance.

Had the pleasure of working with the Nocturnals a few times.
Real good band and real nice people.

Like the link to Cortez.

Which begs the Q; how is partial-birth abortion not murder, when a woman carrying a child in womb that gets murdered, the perpetrator is then accused of double-homocide?

Lots of things happen illegally in the U.S. Beyond enforcement and the justice system, what do you suggest we do about it?

In 2000 (before it was illegal) the "PBA" rate (not a medical term) was less than 0.2% of all abortions. I am not sure what the rate is now, haven't been able to find stats. I'd imagine it is lower though. I can picture a number of medical reasons that a fetus be extracted under that circumstance as well, I am not sure how that plays into the number.

Erroneous correlation and definition.

So this does not happen illegally as do PBA? It is such a poor definition that you did not know what I meant?

I am not arguing that they don't happen illegally, I'm sure they do, but what is the solution to that aside from don't get pregnant in the first place or make adoptions widely available? FWIW Philadelphia has a no-questions, no-charges policy where a mother can put her newborn child up for adoption up to 28 days after birth. That sort of thing should be much better publicized (I feel like you will agree there).

PBA is actually a legal term rather than a medical one - it encompasses a range of procedures including ones done for medical reasons (for example if there is a guaranteed miscarriage). After-birth abortions are not abortions but murder, by definition. I also don't see where this is happening regularly--while this case has not gotten as much attention as it should nationally (locally it is all over the place), I don't think you can equate this situation to all abortion doctors, or all abortion procedures. Much of the outrage is because of the overly brutal and non-standard procedures that this guy did, far beyond the threshold of "fetus" or "embryo". He is far from any norm.
