This is one of the many Southern California cop harassment cases we keep hearing about. Once his legal problems are cleared, this man needs to make immediate plans to leave Southern Cali. His first mistake? Living there in the first place.........

It's not only CA -- it's just more publicized nationally when it happens in populated/media-heavy states like CA, NY, or VA than in Jerkwater, North Dakota.
