So far the only source of anyone from the State Department wanting to testify and not being allowed to is the right wing noise machine, so is this really a story?

The noise machine made up most of what they reported about the Libyan situation, and now they want everyone to drop everything and check out another story with no basis but what they have come up with?

Should a sitting President comment on a Criminal case as it is being tried? Isn't that the same as Jury Tampering?

The reports of Sarin gas use are coming from people who have been trying to get the US to enter the war for two years. Would you consider this to be an unbiased source?

I have seen where the right wing press is pushing out the story that the Sarin gas that was used came from Iraq's stash of WMD's that were never found since Iraq 'sent them to Syria'. And then this story was gone.

I guess someone pointed out that Sarin has a shelf life of only three weeks.

I remember when during the Manson trial, President Nixon was quoted in the press saying that Mason was guilty, directly or indirectly of several murders. Now Nixon was a practicing attorney before holding elected office, and had likely just forgotten to shoehorn in the word "alleged" somewhere, but that didn't deter Charles Manson from holding up in front of the sequestered jury a copy of the LA Times with the bold headline "Manson Guilty, Nixon Declares". Gave the presiding judge a bit of heartburn that day...
