This might be a good deal depending on the condition of the shells.

If they are intact other than a small hole in each end, they can be used to make decorated eggs for an Easter egg tree. A Pennsylvania Dutch tradition which I saw as a child with Mennonite maternal grandparents.

If they are intact with a larger hole on one end, they can be used to make cascarones, which are confetti filled eggs that are an Easter tradition in South Texas and presumably northern Mexico.
