I went the rotary nose picker set. Will it fit my dremmel or do I have to get a power drill?

Neither.

To use either, you'll need the pneumatic/hydraulic reciprocating reducing adapter (3/4" -to- miniature-SMA, P/N: OHEYE812).

Then, you'll be good to go.
