I don't wear hats and that's why I'm NOT bald headed. Happy Fathers Day Everyone.

We did that today, too. Nothing like family time at the range.

Happy Father's Day all!

I dropped off my wife and kids at the airport this morning.

They'll be staying with my wife's mother in Japan for a month.

Let's see what kind of trouble I can get into the next 30 days.

Thanks JP. I had dinner with 2/3 of my kids and it was delightful. My third is having a tour around Europe after successfully completing 2 semesters in Paris with honors. I'll see her at the end of the month.

You'll get through your current tribulations and your kids will come to understand the terrible price all of y'all have paid. Good luck to you, Dad.

The boy and I ended up fishing a little smallmouth hole we used to hike to when he was little. It was his idea. He called from work and said "I'm on my way home, want to go down and fish that hole we used to go to when I was little?".
I scrambled and put together the gear and a soft cooler of State Pen Porter and when he got home we rode the horses down to the creek and hiked upstream to that little hole. We didn't catch a single fish and neither one of us cared.
Nice day.

I had a great day! Went to my father's and harassed him for a little while, exchanging cards and pleasantries over a couple beers. Did a little yardwork while the youngest two went swimming in the too-cold-for-adults Wally-World special pool. Instead of going out to dinner we topped it off with a New England lobster bake (don't know why they don't call it a lobster boil or steam) with the family.

That sounds like a perfect Father's Day!

My kid's birthday always lands on Father's Day weekend, so my plans are usually eclipsed by her gala(s)!

I did my laundry and painted my garage doors...
