You can get top quality beer at Costco for under a buck a bottle. Lagunitas IPA is my favorite but there are plenty of quality brands available for approx. or less the cost of ^ that item per ounce. You have to buy 24 bottles though. Oh cruel world.

Is that stuff any good? I've never tried it. I actually like Olde English 800, but it's not available in as many places here as it is back east. For a better beer I usually drink Stella Artois or Heineken.

There's a whole world of US brewed craft beers to try that go well beyond the brewed by the million gallons stuff.
I agree that Lagunitas, including the "Little Sumptin" is very good. |

$$ ≠ good looks, happiness, common sense or most importantly in this case: taste.

'Lil Sumpin' is good, I don't usually need that kind of alcohol content, though - close to 8% I think. Have you tried Racer 5? Weird name but good beer. Trader Joes has it lately. Also Drake's 1500 at TJs is pretty good.

I was drinking Belgium Signature Ale last night and it was pretty good.
![]() Its a very fruity beer but has an interesting flavor to it. Its also fairly strong at 8.5% alcohol and expensive at almost $16 a bottle.

When i was young and dumb, Micky's Malt Liquor was the thing to drink...in the big mouth bottles. We could get it at cost where my friend worked, which was a little over $4 per case. I can't stomach it now...too many drunk nights on it cause my body to rebel at even the mere thought of it.
