Exclamation LOOKING FOR PARTNERS ALL OVER THE USA - G-WAGENS INVOLVED!

Hello everyone!

Well, after a smooth recovery of the PanAm accident, I am ready to kick my business in full gear. For those unfamiliar with what I am doing now, I have become a vehicle wholesaler in my native Spain, and want to start exporting to the United States. I want to start with the safest bet —Gelandewagens— and slowly work towards other diesel 4x4's (diesel Land Cruisers, Mercedes U-Trucks, Land Rovers— and other more sporty Euro oddities.

I am currently on the hunt for business partners all over the United States, Coast to Coast. I need someone to distribute and sell these vehicles who has the following characteristics:

-An unbridled love for all things on wheels, no matter how tractor-like.
-Personable, communicative and trustworthy (PeachParts is a great pool to find people. I have never been disappointed).
-Obviously, solvent. This is no partnership for the weak of heart/pocket. Details will be discussed in private.
-Dealer's license is highly desired, but not a requirement.
-Important: access to affordable, comprehensive and knowledgeable mechanical repair services (just in case) that is not just DIY.
-Impeccable customer service skills for prospective buyers.
-Resourceful and creative. Need to have an active approach to business.

I am sure many members in this community can vouch for my personal integrity and fearlessness to trot the world for the right vehicle.

For details, please send me a PM. Let's make this happen!

Try Raptelan. I think he's been looking to get into the 'Benz business, and with the exception not knowing his financial situation and whether he has a dealer license, he seems to fit all of your requirements.

He came to mind immediately when I saw this, anyway...

BTW, I don't think he looks at OD much.

She needs a new one. Kylie Jenner has three-car accident soon after getting license - latimes.com

Good luck with your business, if you ever import a convertible or short wheel base G. let me know.

OOO I want a two door version! In that puke green color!

I need to think things out but I might be of some sort of assistance but my pockets are not deep... oh well.

Let me know when you start selling. I could use a Cabrio or 2 door hard top in my life

I am trying to figure out the titling process for imported vehicles with my first shipment, a puke-green SWB, 4-speed 300GD. The Kansas DMV is making it awfully hard, so I want to see if a title service will do it.

I am eyeing two cabrios at the moment.

Once I am situated here in PA I would be interested, I am currently in limbo between selling my 300E and transferring my residency down here. Once that's done lets talk. Probably a great place to have someone doing it as Philly has a large port, as does NJ and NY as expected, both of which are pretty close by. The market around here would be tough for those, but can play out to lancaster, VA, Northeast PA pretty easily I'd imagine. Everyone around here wants the latest and greatest G that money can buy.

BTW, there is a place around here -- in Plaistow, NH, I believe -- called Eurocar Garage. They seem to have some unique stuff, such as a Lancia Delta, old Fiats, and some gasser Euro 'Benzes.. I don't know if they could be helpful to you in any form. They claim that they can find any vehicle that you are interested in. Might be a source of information? Potential customer? Who knows...

Just to be clear, I've never been there and know almost nothing about them, but I see them occasionally on CL and have wondered about them.

Smile I swear to God,

You will become a legend in your own time and make some real $$$$ when you import and sell the Popemobile.

Be sure and have Joseph Ratzinger wash it with holy water and then autograph the owners manual first.

Good luck!

I know little about this kind of business but older G's appeal to a very specialized market. Most of the businesses that I know which cater to that market also deal in Unimogs, Pinzgauers, Volvo army 6x6's, MB 4x4 military trucks etc.
