Heebie Jeebies at the local Starbucks...

I mean really:

The guy said after a bit it slithered right back down into the toilet and out of sight...which means that's how it got there to start with.

Shiver down your spine much?

Maybe because they make good coffee??

I prefer making my own, but when I'm out of town and away from my home coffee, I have been known to stop there for a cup.
Rather pay their ridiculous prices and get a good coffee, than waste half as much on a cup of swill.

It’s "not something I expect at Starbucks."
.............thinking that it's more likely at Dennys.

Priceless.

It's the image factor for most.

Personally, I can't take the sour notes that it has. I don't see how anyone enjoys it.

Something I can agree with...I'm not a fan of coffee that causes my face to twitch.

I'm a simple man. I enjoy Folgers 100% Colombian as my daily coffee from my Mr. Coffee and Eight O'clock coffee, the original, from my french press as an occasional treat.

A plain ol' cup of coffee there isn't too much more than anywhere else.

It's not my favorite but when on the fly it beats the hell out of New England's "favorite" watered down, burnt-raisiny tasting stuff.

Am I the only one that thinks Waffle House coffee is the best when on the road?

Now that wouldn't be Dunkin Donuts, would it?

I don't get it. Even McDonalds, who has the Newman's Own coffee, switched over from whatever N.O. blend they started with to their "New England" blend a couple years ago and it has the same taste. I guess our New England brethren and sistren don't have high standards for coffee.

That's not to say I won't drink it in a pinch. Much like beer and food, my system will tolerate whatever is at hand when necessary.

When on the road, I actually look out for a sizable gas station or convenience store (generally means they're continuously brewing during the day) with a Green Mountain Coffee sign in the window before settling for a DD or McD coffee.
