It's time to let that Conestoga wagon rest in peace. A real off-roader needs heated and cooled leather seats and a current Sirius subscription. Recently I was in a vehicle that didn't have power door locks, and it took me 20 minutes to get out of the damn thing...

Nothing does "off road" better than Jeeps.

But in this country going "off road" mostly means going on paved suburban shopping mall parking lots.

those can't be for export. The Cherokee is getting a diesel for the 2014 model year.

Couldn't they make them both for export and for internal use?

They're on their way to Seattle to be exported.
