Last wedding

that I am paying for. Today I will give away my fourth and final lovely daughter to a fine young man.

The house is full of family and friends, grandchildren etc. I love weddings, even when I am paying for them!

The Lovely Mrs. W and I have given our bed to my 88 year old mom and are sleeping out back in our trailer! Its great. Our bed and a quiet place to get away.

Congratulations. I haven't given either of mine away, nor do I intend to. Their intended-ones are going to PAY thru the NOSE.

Good luck with that!

Last night at the rehearsal I wanted to do a full blown NFL style celebration dance back to my pew but due to my age and extreme case of caucasionality I just did a double fist pump.

Today I will play it straight.

extreme caucasionality! can I use that?

I have an advantage. So far, none of the city-boy boyfriends brought home have stuck around after having been invited to help slaughter a lamb or ride my special "boyfriend" horse.

Well we got her married off. I avoided trouble by just imagining in my head the celebration dance. The reception was a good time. I was sitting and watching and noticed the Mrs dancing so went up and joined her, then kept on for at least a half hour, then rested and had a cup of coffee then went back and danced some more. Dancing at my age requires careful moves as at any time if you go too far in one direction you might get stuck like they always said your eyes would if you looked cross eyed.

I had to live it up since its the last reception I will be paying for.

JP :Who gives this woman to this man?
Me (holding daughter): Her mother and I.
then as per orders, shake future SIL hand, kiss daughter goodbye,
hand her to him - and as her hand touches his, I say in a voice loud enough for all 250 guests to hear "tag, you're it, no tagbacks" meaning he gets all her bills from now on.

Congrads on marrying off all of them. I only had one so I got off cheap.

Thank you!

We just saw off the last of the grandchildren a little while ago. My son and his brood heading back to florida.

My sister in law will be here a little longer. Her and the Mrs are planning some mischief today.

I'll be back working on the race car soon!

...and likely will get the new flat bed installed on my Dodge this week!

...and hopefully before too long the 39 Studebaker will be drivable if not finished.

Ooooooooo....I hope not!

I am pretty certain I did not look as good in the flesh as I did in my alcohol impaired mind!

(Though one of my daughters young friends called me a party animal.) I did not detect sarcasm but am not noted for excellent identification of communicational subtleties.
