The LuK clutch

From doing reading online, the LuK clutch seems to get a lot of very happy customers. They have a clutch kit for the Corolla that I can get for $90. Does anyone here have experience with the LuK? Would anyone recommend another brand instead?

I haven't had a LuK, but I've also heard good things about them. I've also heard good things about South Bend, but I think they're mainly/only for diesel pickups. The OEM clutch in my 240D lasted almost 200,000 miles. The replacement is at about 59,000 and going strong in its second car.

Always heard good things about them.
I used a couple in years past, but did not keep the vehicles long enough to determine longevity.
Installs went very smooth.

Put one in an accord it was like $85, all went well. Wish they sold $85 clutches for Mercedes manuals.

From what I've heard Ford discs are the same diameter and spline configuration as the merc discs.
