What do you do in a one-party State when someone from "the other party" manages to surmount all obstacles and get himself elected?
Why, you simply change the rules, and make that office "ceremonial" and change the form of government.

I am sure some republican-run One party States behave as poorly, so this isn't just a swipe at dems, but it is a swipe a MARYLAND dems.
