Weird crime in Singapore
 
Man was recently arrested for a crime committed while satisfying his bizarre fetish.


The man described as a repeat offender was arrested as he attempted to return a womans personal accessorie to her purse. He had previously stolen the change purse from the womans hand bag while she was shopping.
Upon securing the item, he proceeded to the mall's restroom...where he masturbated while sniffing the change purse.

On a serious note: I am not sure counselling can help cure this man of his fetish.

Wonder if he has a fetish for spanking with a rotan cane as well -- in which case, he may enjoy his "therapy."

HaHaHa...Yes, he has already been given 4 strokes of the cane when he was previously sent away for 9 months when convicted of the same offence.

Perhaps the ratan therapy is just iceing on the cake for him.:D

Yes there is. Caneing is part and parcel of a sentence for crimes in Singapore.
