While perusing craigslist, came across this one

1933 international. truck

That particular truck is a heavier version of their light pickup. The smaller International looks very much like a 30/31 Model A pickup. The Ford equivalent of the truck in the picture was called a Model AA. Sort of the one ton truck of the day, if not ACTUALLY a one ton truck.

The International light trucks of that day are quite interesting. There is a good supply of mechanical parts available, mainly engine parts, that interchange with International tractor engines of the day.

Given a little time, that could be made into an excellent vehicle. They were built like a tractor, no pun intended.

If you want to see some very early IH trucks go to NATMUS in Auburn, IN. It is right behind the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum. NATMUS's building is part of the Auburn Automobile Company.

tad bit early to me, ide get one with the next body style only 1-2 yrs later, but.......... then again there are prolly not to many along the east coast any way-where you search.

I have an IH tractor from the 1960's. Danged if I know what that has to do with the OP. But now you know. Oh yeah, it runs great!

hard presed to kill an old IHC tractor, those things are beasts. I found this one perusing the cars section. thought somoee would get a kick seein it here.
