Russian car wreck/catapult

Wow. Passenger vaulted into the sky. Not for the weak of stomach. Starts around the 2:10 mark.

LiveLeak.com - Warning: for mature audience only: Driver ejected from car, maybe 40+ feet high

Yikes. I once came across a roll over crash along the side of the interstate in the wee hours of the morning. As near as I could figure out, both of the female occupants had been ejected out of the sunroof. Both were conscious and as far as I know survived unless they died after being taken in the ambulance. Neither showed visible evidence of life threatening injuries.

Gnarly!

Haven’t seen that kind of thing b4 the vid, but I was following a car at about 30 mph when a little girl fell out the rear door. I thought it was a rag doll until the doll got up and started running toward the car.

I saw almost the same thing once. Guy was in a Corvette convertible and went up the side of the highway. The 'Vette flipped and he was up on the embankment about 20 feet. It's a good thing he didn't have to come down that 20 feet.

Most rollover deaths come from people who are ejected and run over by their own car. I knew of case where a fellow was ejected and missed getting crushed at first but his car had rolled up an embankment then rolled back down and crushed him. I very seldom move any vehicle without fastening my belt, even in my driveway.

People will use this as proof that they shouldn't wear seatbelts.

Perhaps the car was so disgusted with his poor driving ability that it spat him out.
