Detroit EMS response time, worst in America
 
The worst I have witnessed in Detroit is four hours.

Average response time is 35 - 60 minutes, if you are forced to call an ambulance.

Police and Fire fighters refuse to call or wait, when they have a man down. :eek:

according to other threads on here, unless the ambulance is a DUKW amphibious truck, then they probably have to detour around the 10k flooded street water crossings we've been hearing about.
