Don't know how insurance works in Europe but "limit of liability" would come to mind here lol.

During this year's AZ Copper State Rally, a silver 300SL Gullwing from NY wound up on its roof. Not having the current system of explosive bolts, the exit is via pushing out the side windows.

They should have insurance for it, when I renewed mine for another $2 a year I could up to $1m for vehicle damage, ie this. I guess the chances of nailing a car this valuable are well so long its $2 a year.


Oh and damn BMW driver, figures.

My SLK is a magnet for doom. To date it has been hit by a queen mattress on i17, backed up into by a Prozac Queen in a Chrysler in a Fry's parking lot, and various smaller violations from my fellow motorists.

The old cars? Never a thing.
