Who is this guy?

He seems to be some sort of big deal. I don't work with propaganda film makers so I don't know a lot about him, but he apparently went over the line and broke the law.

A guy from around here did the same thing a few years ago, lining up straw donors that is. I think he got ten years but that was a few years ago and the Feds had been after him for about 20 years. He was a well known Democrat and a well known political type but he went over the line and that time could not stay one step ahead of the law like he always had before.

As far as him being 'targeted' as some Conservatives claim.... Is it OK to commit a felony if the guilty person is a Conservative?

Anti-Obama author D'Souza pleads guilty to campaign finance violation | Reuters

He's a "victim" of selective prosecution and he made the error of speaking out against BO. Films and their makers which negatively commented on the likes of BO or Hillary are the targets for prosecution and/or threats. I thought the OD crowd here knew that. Hmmm ...

Yeah

D'Souza knew exactly what he was doing. Not the first time he thought he was special enough to break the rules. He got fired as president of King's College, a conservative Christian school, for ****ing one woman while married to another.

I am in complete agreement with your sentiments. BTW, here is my latest selfie with my cat, Alcoa:

Election fraud is a serious thing.

He has a fairly long history as an ultra right fire-brand/intellectual. I first read one of his pieces in a newspaper more than 20 years ago.

Only when it benefits the democrats.
Exposing election fraud perpetrated by republicans is 'selective enforcement'...

$20,000 ??? What a cheapskate......

A mere drop in the bucket when compared to the campaign finance violations perpetrated by the Demokrat Party organized crime syndicate.

Fire-brand I'll go along with. Intellectual is a bit of a reach.

Well, true enough, but bear in mind the company he's in: Ayn Rand, Ann Coulter, Paul Ryan, James Inhoffe . . .
