WOW its been a few decades since a Riverfest and has appeared to morphed into its own sub-culture. While bizarre its not even close to Mardi Gras.
Can I assume there is still the family culture and good times? It always was a good weeklong festival.

Wonder if my sister made it over to Riverfest. Her late fiance was from Wichita and she still does a lot of things they used to do together to meet up with friends from the area. Looks like she'd fit right it!
