Vegas shooting by couple from Lafayette In

Another un balanced person from sleepy Lafayette. The fellow and his wife apparently were chapped by their arrests for mary jane related offenses. They made various hate videos from their Lafayette based apartment (not one of mine thank goodness!) from which they were evicted for non payment of rent.

According to the local paper they were not related to any larger domestic terror groups and acted on their own.

Interestingly the former landlord described Amanda as a nice girl led astray and brainwashed by her husband. She was the one who shot him in the end then herself.

I just hope that the guns that they used don't go to waste.

Does Australia have a lot of shooting incidents? What is gun control like down there?

Seems to me the warmer weather in north America is really bringing out the crazies. There choice of weapon seems to be the gun.

Lets just hope it does not become an epidemic as there is no way to prevent it. Maybe it's all the publicity from others actions.. Whatever the causes it seems on the increase.

Basically if you have a beef today go out and shoot people down. Schools seem to be prime targets and police officers.

I watched a documentary where the component in weed that reduces phychotic behavious has been bred out of the plants. Well actually not totally but now a lot less of it is in the average street weed. Heavy users also have a five fold increased chance of schitzoid behavioural development as well.

I without feeling good about it suggested a long time ago that we might see a lot more of this type of thing. This was based on there seeming little if any logic in what the offenders where doing.

It has even spread up to eastern Canada reciently. As much as I dislike it there will probably be more frequent episodes but hopefully not increasing at an exponential rate. I think by late fall we will have some better indications of the trend. I hope it will just stop but that is not logical or reality unfortunately. Hopefully the current frequency of the events will taper off at least.

Some of the recient mental health evalutions of children by good professionals in the field are scary reading. The results of tests and interviews done in recient times on subjects. One I read last week done by a person I respect was downright scary. He did it eight years ago and what he forcast as good possibilities have emerged in the young man. Up till about six months ago the child seemed well liked and normal and well socialized . If I had read that report eight years ago I would have thought the doctor was probably in error. Instead I was totally surprised he hit the mark totally. I assume doctors of his competence level are not all too common.
