Missed this the first time around

There are a series of stories in the link.

The guy with the truck probably saved a few lives.

I hope the little punk that stole the car doesn't get a license until he's lots older.

I hope that guy's insurance doesn't go up since he had an accident reported where he was technically at fault. Yeah, kid should need to wait a long time before getting a license.

How did he figure out it was a reckless teen driver? Footage just seems to show him hitting a car which came around a corner.

Did you actually watch the stories? Well, clearly not.

He was present in the park when the jacka$$ drove through it. He heard him coming back around (sirens chasing him) and planned to block the street so the kid couldn't get back to the park, but the car got to the corner before he could do so.

I watched the story which showed up in the link. All it showed was what I described.

You must have closed it as soon as it stopped. As noted in the OP, "There are a series of stories in the link" and if you just leave it open, as it finishes one story it will continue to the next oldest one, eventually getting back to the initial story.

The details you asked about were, IIRC, in the next-most-recent story, or the second one that should have played.

Of course if you're on a smartphone or something then I don't know how the page would react, but that's what it does on a normal browser.
