Bit apples-to-oranges. Shouldn't they be comparing trendy-downtown to trendy-downtown, not trendy-downtown to near-burb?

Good thing is that the NASDAQ has been getting nice and volatile recently. Give it a while and we'll see a repeat of 2000-1. You might be able to pick up some cheap housing in SF at the sheriff's auction if you time it right :p
