Cartoon Girls Wringing Out a Gullwing

Fate/Zero

The car is used extensively in the series as is a 280SL. Thankfully, not destroyed, at least yet...

fantasy is about the only place you are likely to see those cars being driven hard.

Very well done animation!

Black Lagoon had a W140 coupe in a car chase and again, it was very very well done.

Michael, good to see you old boy!

I think this show is a "hybrid" animation with the cars and sets done in CGI and the characters drawn by hand. All of the vehicles have very rich details inside and out.

Gunsmith Cats also has a good chase between a Shelby Mustang and a CL600 W140.

Most likely. What always impresses me is the lighting and how they can animate the reflections off the paint.

Also, that was a low quality youtube clip. I can only imagine what the real thing is like.

totally enjoyable apart from the drawing style of the eyebrow and eyes of the characters being in front of their hair at all times. That just distracted me.

I noticed that too. I think they're trying to depict very thin blonde hair that the features are visible behind.

I too was struck by the reflections of street lights off the hood. You can see the contrast between the CGI for that and the faces which looks like more primitive tech.

But what was up with the weird cat in the street?

Where is Fate Zero related to Fate Stay Night?

Jormungand action packed scenes (part 1) - Road Kill - YouTube

Light them up, some awesome FN FNC action. What a good use for a BMW...

Jormungand action packed scenes (part 3) - Pirates vs. Arms-dealers - YouTube

Not about cars but what a great way to handle pirates.

Fate Zero is the 4th holy grail war, Fate Stay Night is the 5th holy grail war.

The gist of the story is that heroes and villains of history are reincarnated to do battle for the holy grail. The guy in the street is this character:

Gilles de Rais - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

He's about to get his arse handed to him by the girl in the passenger's seat who is the reincarnation of King Arthur.

I just started watching Fate Stay Night and mostly because its just anime porn, I mean their budget has got to be unlimited! Seems like a good enough series though.

I have not seen a series look this good since FMA Brotherhood.
