Some website Assistance

My friend is having issues with his website. I'm trying to cast a wide net here for who sees it up. who sees it down and who gets what..

so, if you dont mind chipping in, Please Visit www.bobstropicalplants.com
if you connect and see the site, Please post! Also your ISP name would be helpful

If you dont. Please also post. and if you are at Windows PC. if you can do a Trace route on the site, It'd help out as well (dont worry, I'll walk you through this)
if possible, let me know the name of the ISP on here as well.

to do a trace route,

Start>Run>CMD OR Winkey+R>CMD

when the command prompt opens up, Type in Tracert bobstropicalplants.com and hit enter. a whole whack of information will come up either as unavailable or how many hops etc. Screenshot or copy the info and if you are comfortable, Post it here. if not, Please PM me, The host is saying there is nothign wrong which is just not the case. The trace route will show your current IP address so it might be better to send me the screen shot in a PM. include your ISP if possible!

Thanks in advanced for helping me do this!

To copy from the command prompt. Right click and hit select all. it should also save it to the clipboard, you can then paste it here or in a PM to me as well.

Down at 1:44pm PST

ISP Astound.net

Tracert doesn't work on my Win 7 machine. Loads then disappears before it can be copied.

I tried Googling Bob's Tropical Plants, and the page never loads. I tried Down for Everyone with "Bobstropicalplants.com" and it tells me the site is up, but when I click to visit the site, same as Google, it never loads.

I will admit to merely copying and pasting the first time, so that typo probably messed things up.
