I was paying attention in 2002 when they made this concept. Are they planning on carrying over the 7.5L northstar v12 too? Certainly a sharp looking car but I can't even start to wonder what makes you think a 15 year old concept will be a future corvette.

and myself, no the vette will have the European style 3 liter indy inspired v8 they announces last yr.

Chrysler dosen't got the tactfulness to make the me-for-twelve from 2005. they will probably just crank out a warmed over consueler--like this

Car and Driver Dishes New Report on the Mid-Engine 2017 Corvette ZORA ZR1

they'll have to take the cien and sand off the sharp edges to get one worth a damn.

So after spending who-knows-what to develop the C7 front engine Corvette, GM is going to scrap that investment three model years later in order to bring to the market a car no one is particularly seeking?

Ya, I can see that.

Considering every site is "tracking you compiling and selling the info" I'm not too concerned.

That article is from June 2011 speculating about the then-unannounced c7 engine lineup. It also has absolutely no bearing on the cien.
