what have I got

I burnt my typeing hand badly so have been off forum for a while, to help keep mind off burn I bought an 86 500SE gray market ,had trouble insureing it (have spotless 40 + year driveing record) but finaly found company that would take this car if I put my other MB's with them , can not fine much info on 500 SE what do I have here? it sure is a beauty........
