Well, if it's on a TV news show, it must be true!

Ditched my FB 5 years ago. Never had twitter, myspace, pinterest, instagram, etc, etc.

Social media is pretty worthless, it just seems like a good way to get fired if you've got an opinion about something meaningless.

Let a woman go the other day because she was posting all over facebook about what a "fat retard" the woman she worked with is. How stupid.

Dang this one blew up. Lol.

Well maybe I should give LinkedIn more consideration. I'm in california surrounded by agriculture schools, and so many graduates with no experience, it's hard to filter.

In regard to ads. There are setting to limit interest based advertising on FB, as well on your iPhone/android. Ultimately, there is a website to opt out all together.

It's actually kinda cool, but being in AG in California, I started getting adds for medical marijuana. Not so cool.

One day I'll have a good story to tell about social media, but that's still in the creation.

Never been on any social media site and never will.
My wife on the other hand is on both FB and Twits. She claims it's useful for family contact. They are all spread out in other cities and states. I suppose that could be true but I still don't care. I'll never have anything to do with any of it. Bah Humbug!

I'm on here and Facebook. That's about it. I don't even go on facebook that often other than to post pictures from the DJ business (which is very infrequent). I do use the chat feature and connect in via Trillian for chatting with friends.

I'm on LinkedIn but don't do anything with it.

Always thought the rest of them were too much work.

I was on snapchat for a while but that was dumb. People tried to carry on conversations with text on pictures and ****. I was like...really? Just text or call you idiot.

Waiting for the serious cord cutters to chime in about tv, radio, electrical grid, abandoning motorized vehicles, self sufficiency farming and candle making.
