Arthur's brother settles with City of Inkster...
Talk about police brutality. Shocking.
I do hope they decide to charge those monsters, particularly Melendez. Floyd Dent, Man Beaten by Michigan Cops on Camera, Settles for $1.4 Million - NBC News I'll admit that I don't know all of the details, but Floyd seems like a good guy. I hope he is able to fully recover and get back to a normal life. The cops involved? No, not so much.
