To paraphrase "Anger" . . . Congratulations Pizza Hut, You've ruined pizza. First the Hawaiians, and now you!

High school maybe, grades school for sure. Imagine this at a kids birthday party. At least they only ruin their own

On a related note, Carl's Jr. jumps the shark with The 1/2lb. Most American Thickburger®:

After a brave effort or two at a bite, and most of that stuff is going to be on the plate, table, something. And yes, those are potato chips on the bottom layer.

I'd say both corporations succeeded here. They roll out an off the wall, limited time, oddball product, and now they've got all sorts of people talking about them. Posting pictures. Visiting stores.

I'll bet that they are both seeing upticks in sales of their standard menu items.

So... is it bad if that actually looks good?

I understand that Pizza Hut and Carl's Jr. are teaming up with the Mayo Clinic for a rather interesting combined facility concept:

I bet I haven't set foot in a pizza hut in probably 20 years.......
Hardees probably ten.

Seems the only "fast food" type place I ever go is occasional "Jersey Mike's" or "Scholtzsky's" for a sandwich. ......and once in a while, like two or three times a year I may buzz through a McDonald;s for a large fry on my way home from a late night at the shop.

I have a kitchen at my shop so I make my own lunch everyday at work.

I must be getting old,,,,,,,because I just prefer to eat at home.
You save a lot of money that way, and re also in total control of the quality.

If their is a secret society of building wealth from the over indulgence of the masses they most likely would seek out building it around your cravings for fastfood, check, followed by a certain future of unhealthness, healthcare ,check .Soley investing in 2 marketplaces on the stockmarket brings fatboy bucks.
I do remember prepping food at a Pizza Hut years ago ,the dough pans for the lg pizzas were filled with 1 cup of corn oil ,then the dough would be flatten and laying in the oil to proof over night in its own pan.So each large pizza had a full cup of oil saturated into the pizza crust as it was cooked ,thats why the crust has that fried crunch and taste.A teenager or college kid could eat this and not have heart issues most likley, but turn 35 and up and still eat this way ,at age 55 you be be on meds of all shapes and sizes.
Carl Jrs favorite way to show commercials is to show skimmpellley clad women eating huge over filled burgers with mouths widened for the attempt. My wish is for SNL to run their version ,maybe abit closer to reality with fatties soaking their shirts with mustard and ketchup ,a side of fries on the belly with a large drink holder belt buckle.
