Not with blanks either, I guess the 33 thumbs down were from Sherman drivers. With APCR round they could penetrate 153MM of armour at 30% at 2000 meters. |
No flash hider. No collapsible stock. I guess it doesn't qualify as an assault weapon.:D
Wait, does that thing have a hi capacity "clip"? |
Seriously cool. But where the hell did they get the ammo?

Holy crap. I'd just be happy to find .22 again at a reasonable price, I can't imagine what those shells cost. That's awesome.

If they're in the bizz there probably a bit of surplus left, baring that if you can afford a 88 mm you can afford a few rounds fabricated for you. |
These Acht-Acht guns are 88 mm so in the US they would be in the destructive device category.
Sort of like owning a class three weapon. Anything above caliber .50 is considered a destructive device. |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PR9vqJZkmJY The little brother the PAK 40 75MM. I believe this gun is a cousin to the rifle used in the up gunned Panzer IV and the Panther. By all accounts the recoil is painful. The Panzer IV is my favorite tank I'd love for someone with a PAK40 that works to get together with a IV... |
