Love the exterior. have always been partial tot he old school look. The inside on the other hand needs to be overhauled in my opinion. The 80's called and they want it back.

I've got a remote but accessible hilltop parcel with 360 degree views. Sunrise to sunset. Power but no water. Sedona red rock views. Wonder how much I could get per night with that permanently hooked up there on AirBnB......

200 a night x half the year would gross 30K. If I move some rocks around and make a labyrinth or medicine wheel the nudist new agers might eat that shlt up. hmmm

Now you're thinking like a landlord! Property is best when your tenants pay for it. That sounds like a great location! (not that I am a nudist or anything)

I used to own a 35' Bluebird Wanderlodge. Sold it and I'm much happier. Our Fuso FG with a 10' Northstar camper is far more versatile. A large bus with a toad is limited as to where it can easily be driven. The Fuso is almost like driving a compact car and our boats fit easily on top.
For your property, I'd buy a used 5th wheeler or bumper pull and rake in some $$. Sprinkle a few crystals around the property and renters would be beating on your door.

I used to paddle nude on Western rivers. I really can't think of any downside to it.

Why no engine pictures? My Wanderlodge had half the miles at half the price.

I kind of like it. The recent ones seem to be all chrome and mirrors. Talk about dated I did that in the mid eighties.

I have heard good things about the Newell coach.

RVs need cover for long term parking.

A coach that old could have many needed repairs that could inflict enduring pain to a new owner.

If you can't run a substantial welder on the electrical hookup it is inadequate for that beast.

It would run great for short trips on flat interstates. Beyond that it would try the patience of the saints.

Find out about the transmission. On some an electrical glitch leaves you stuck, sitting until the tow truck comes.

Old coaches without slides bring low bucks.

I don't think that would fit in my garage.
