Oil Stain cleanup

Got my mower back from the repair shop and it's leaking oil around the shaft it seems. It will go back for a fix, but the floor...uggh.
What's the best agent/product to remove, clean or lighten the stain from the concrete garage floor?

If the stain is pretty recently formed getting some absorbent to remove what it can is a good first step. Kitty Litter the inexpensive generic stuff is clay based and you can take a stiff bristle scrub type brush and use that to sort of grind it onto the surface so that it will reduce some of the litter to very fine dust, that will come into the best contact with any oil that remains on the surface and can be absorbed. Do that a couple times and then you're basically left dealing with the oil that seeped in the porous surface of the slab.

Then it's solvents or detergents. I'd try "Dollar Store" "LA's Awesome", the original yellow stuff, an alkali based detergent cleaner that does an amazing job on oil and grease. The real stuff on the differential, the oil pan thick stuff that you can track onto your carpet.

When I was working in a garage many moons ago, the boss would have me clean up the oil spots. Similar to above, grinding the kitty litter into the floor was the best way. A brick works much better than a brush, however. Any leftover residue was removed by an off-the-shelf degreaser, like simple green, etc.
