Tyler Hoover's Dad is a major force within the Freddy's system. They've got fantastic hamburgers and French fries. I've got one in Topeka. Kansas that I'm going to try!

Wouldn't read much into a franchisee going out of business, happens all the time. If anything, the PE firm that owns the company is trimming fat and gutting it (typical for PE)
