GM vehicles, rattle, sqeak, bang, rumble.
On my daily walks, I see and hear many cars and trucks. By far, the noisiest are GM cars and trucks. Japanese and German vehicles are hush hush quiet in comparison. The mechanical noises sound they make as they clank and rattle down the road makes me believe some of them are on the verge of self-destruction.

The 2 Caddys I've had were as quiet as church mice. Even my just-broken CUE screen doesn't make noise!

I suspect the cars and trucks I'm hearing have not been maintained well. I've been tempted to talk to the drivers to try and convince them to go have a mechanical check-up performed......

why can't you have the guy you know at GM talk to them? would save you a bunch of time, and the guy you know at the airline can get you a discount on your flight up to talk to the other guy you know about the guys you know with rattle trap GMs.

So what else is new? My first car was a 48 Chevy. It was rattly, rumbly and shaky as compared to other cars and todays GM products are the same, again as compared to the quality makes.
