would you buy this lawn mower?
too close to the jewels in my opinion.

I kind of agree with the no answer. I am no mower expert, but I never heard of Swisher, only 10 HP, and 32" mower deck, drive wheels look under sized, and $3200.00
Bought a 50" Toro z50 exactly ten years ago for $2499.00. 50" mower deck, 23 HP Kohler engine, hydrostatic drive, replaced my first set of rear drive tires this spring, forget the size but look more substantial than the ad. BTW I would not want to mow for three hours with the engine right between my legs, throws off heat there, and who knows what else, and noisy I am sure. I also do not see a handle for quick changes of the mower deck height. Three wheel design might be great for a perfectly flat mowing surface, which I do not have, |

back in the 60's they were called big mow.i used one.heat wise between the legs, not much difference from a harley.my local junkyard still gets em in from time to time.mine had a steel springer seat, solid rear wheels and a crank starter, some of the newer ones had 2 speed transmissions.had a little flip lever on the front wheel so it would free wheel so you could move it around.

For $3200 ? no, way to much.
I like the idea though - no/reduced hydraulics to worry about. Zero-turn capability. 10hp just goes with the smaller cutting deck...but I would double check the mowing speed (if its slow, that's another mark against it). 10hp also means slight better fuel economy (?). People ride motorcycles with engines between their legs all the time, and for a guy who lives in the suburbs, being able to fit through gates and take up less space in the garage could be a huge plus. The earth would still have to be flat though. I wish them luck trying to sell this. -JcG

Yep ,the small deck is the reasoning for the gate issue.A $3200 price ? it better come with alot of warrenty .I wouldnt feel safe on this mower for one reason ,tilting degree and higher center of gravity.Cant imagine anything more dangerous than a machine set at high speed switching direction on an incline as your turning it over with hands out.Big No.Oh ,and its one frt wheel drive by the looks of it.

looks like a 50s design at a good quality used zero turn price that will work only on flat lawns safely.
Such a product would have a market if the price reflected the capability. A poor mans zero turn can't be the same price as a good zero turn that is a lot less likely to turn over while roasting your nuts.

Self propelled mower? Thats lazy too. If you are going to be lazy you might as well sit on a chair and drink lemonade while mowing. The fat give the tractor some serious traction

Was thinking the same thing. Try that acre with a self propelled reel mower.

Best part is, the riding mower has a pleasant, massaging effect on excess fat. If its going to be there, it might as well be supple.
