This is a nasty comment considering the deadly and catastrophic nature of the flooding in Houston. What "filth" are you talking about?

Given posting history, I'll venture a guess here....

headin west is ~ a toss up,,,,,

if you are content to hang out in Ozonza.... that might work.

if your plan is to get to San Antonio and THEN head north......

you are whizzing straight into the gale force winds ~ just as if you tried headin north straight up I- 45.

I was thinking about what my plan would be if I were my cousins down there, probably try to get to Bryan . and then up to Waco on the back roads

If your in Huntsville you should be fine, any rain with its weakened state and direction should be worry free.
Dont go near that dog and his grub ,my advise from feeding a hybrid wolf once before with a friend on vacation ,a winter coat I had on at the time was the only victim from his teeth .Quicker than you can say ,SHIIIIeeKKK .i never felt like a piece of beacon wrapped steak ,the eyes met and the talk was over ,backed away real slow like to the exit gate and he then sniffed around for hint of piss ,think I left a few spots.
