Yall are worried about gravel trucks? Here's that 110 lb. blonde damage!

I'm in the garage, assembling my 300E motor, everything's falling in place, beautiful day, wife's gone shopping, I got the radio on..... Wife comes home , drives to her usual garage spot, "hi honey I'm home", gets out and says "when you get time, put this rocking chair together(grandaughter's)" and I hear a thunk as she opens the Buick door! No, she didn't just open her door against the beloved Falcon did she?? Well, it can happen anywhere, I guess we as car lovers are doomed to "door bangers". And what's worse, I can't even get mad cause I love her!!

Man that's totally ruined now.. what are you gonna do? I suggest you lay a big guilt trip on her and milk it for all it's worth!

Wow, with that much damage the best I could offer you would be $100-$150 to take the wreck off your hands. Oh what the hey, it's almost like were family, I'll pull it away for only $75, but I don't take checks. :p

Now every time I look at it all I see is that chip! I didn't even sleep last night! No appetite either. Now I have to totally disassemble the entire car, strip down to bare metal for the third time, replace all the weatherstrip... This is gonna cost thousands!

On the other hand .... since it's all banged up you might as well start driving it every day and enjoy it.

What a drag! Best thing to do is keep quiet to her about it. I once pointed out to my SO that she had hit the passenger side rear-view mirror on the ML with her pack as she walked past the mirror. Upon hearing this she promptly opened the door of the ML ....................and hit the 400E with the ML door.

D’oh!

You should have seen me when my mom moved the 500 and hit a trash can marking the driver side rear door up pretty bad. Worst part was the paint was only a month old Or when she hit the light pole backing out of the drive way must be a blonde thing
Hey look at it this way next time you screw up you can always bring up the ding

the last pic of the 500

I'd be mad, for sure! My girl knows she wouldn't hear the end of it for a VERY LONG time if she was so careless!! Your car should at least be safe in your OWN garage! Jeez! Any woman that marrys a "car" guy like yourself should know better!

The Falcon looks to be a total loss now! The best thing you can do is lite it on fire and send her on a Thelma and louise into the nearest canyon!

Maybe I'll try some of that X something or other wax that they advertise on TV. You know, that stuff that you just wipe on and off and the scratches and nicks just magically disappear !!
