Why is this message in the spam folder?

I was really afraid they had forgotten about me. I should have known better. So, you haters can eat my dust. Do you think I should give them my checking account number or my savings account number? It is small change, only $750K, I guess checking.

Wow! The last time I got an FBI eMail was about 15 years ago, when they informed me I was the subject of an internet pornography investigation, and I needed to provide my SSN and banking information, or else...
I didn't, and the FBI has never bothered me again!

But the IRS still phones me now and then demanding payment, and threatening to send the sheriff. Last time, I just told them I was still waiting for the sheriff from their previous call!

Incidentally, on the last 'IRS' call, because of my 'negligent financial status', they insisted the only payment they would accept from me was with an I-tunes gift card!

Lately, including this evening, I've had calls from someone with what could be an Indian or Pakistani accent (same as the 'IRS' guy) insisting that Microsoft has detected my Windows computer is dangerously full of virusses and spyware!
Tonight, apparently he became quite irritated after I kept insisting he explain how "Windows" has anything to do with my Chrome-Book, and told me to "shove your Chrome-Book up your Bloody A**!" Fortunately, just before he hung up I was able to tell him to come "kiss my Bloody A**!"
