What do y'all think about a 1988 white 300TE with 250,000 miles and all maintenance records for $2500.00?

If it's had the head done (guides & seals), there's little/no rust and everything works, then I think it's a steal! I have that same car with 178k miles and love it-I maintain it religiously, and it runs as-new

seems about right but when you say records how deatiled done by dealer or private. Hows the body inside etc?
